war wohl die erste große Kampagne der Contentmafia ganz normales Userverhalten zu kriminalisieren. Die sonst eher unbemerkenswerte Punk Band Guyana Punch Line hat darauf geantwortet:

Das fand ich damals schon sehr, sehr lustig, auch wenn ich bis soeben dem Gerücht aufgesessen war, dass das von New Model Army stamme.

simona.conservas.innmotion hat's ein bisschen zitierbarer zusammengefasst, indem sie in ihrem <nettime> Beitrag "A citizen response to the recent attacks on freedoms in the name of intellectual property" (der auch auf ihrer Website veröffentlicht ist) schrieb:

those who cook without buying recipe books are gastronomic pirates.

Auch wenn der Text nur wieder einmal mehr bereits bekannte Argumente auf die derzeitige spanische Situation zugespitzt wiederholt, ist er dennoch lesenswert. Besonders, weil er am Ende sieben sehr praktikable Forderungen zur Beendung des Copyfights stellt.

Zwei Zitate umseitig.
